Central Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh today launched the AI-enabled voice “Chatbot” “Samadhan Didi” of CPGRAMS developed by the Department of Administrative Reform and Public Grievance (DARPG) in collaboration with speech at Kartavya Bhawan, New Delhi 🔸Dr. Jitendra Singh said this reform demonstrates government's 'whole nation view' 🔸They urged states and other stakeholders to adopt and integrate AI-powered, walk-enabled devices into their complaint relief portals
